The Program

The Encoreship is a ground-breaking initiative powered by a brand collective providing employment opportunities for women+ who have been out of the workforce for an extended period and are ready to return, or are looking for a career change.

It is an opportunity to upskill, build confidence and gain valuable and practical experience.

Who can apply?

The 2024 Encoreship roles are available to anyone who identifies as a woman, is an Australian resident, has had an extended period (1+ years) away from the workforce and is having difficulty re-entering, or is looking to pivot their career.

2024 roles are now open.

The Process
  1. Apply for The Encoreship program via the brand collective job ads.
  2. The Encorers start their positions and alongside their work, will have tailored upskilling and training.
  3. Career transition mentoring and a personal development program is included, to help Encorers secure their next role.
