Routine for Recurring and Hormonal Breakouts

Recurring breakouts can mean the skins barrier becomes compromised leading to hyperpigmentation, redness and increased risk of scarring. We’ve devised the perfect routine to help fortify the skins protective barrier, accelerate skin turnover and to help reduce those annoying hormonal breakouts.

Every Morning

Start with your preferred pH balanced non foaming Alpha-H Cleanser. Combination to oily skins may prefer Triple Action Cleanser, normal to dry skins we recommend Balancing Cleanser.

Target any individual blemishes, reducing the appearance of redness and inflammation with 2% Salicylic Clear Skin Blemish Control Gel.

Apply Vitamin B Serum to boost hydration, balance excess sebum and fortify the skin’s protective barrier.

Finish with Daily Essential Moisturiser SPF50+.

Every Evening

Cleanse with your preferred Alpha-H cleanser.

Second cleanse with Clear Skin Daily Face & Body Wash, a non-foaming antibacterial cleanser which will help minimise the spread of bacteria on the skin.

*Tip - If breakout is localised apply this cleanser only to problem areas.

Apply Vitamin A serum to actively promote skin renewal and help reduce pigmentation.

Finish with Clear Skin Daily Hydrator Gel, an ultra-light daily hydrator formulated with 2.5% Niacinamide to help refine pore size, boost moisture levels and enhance skin resilience.

Two to three evenings a week on alternate evenings

After double cleansing apply a few drops of Clear Skin Tonic which contains 2% Salicylic Acid to clear the pores, and Seboclear™ MP to help eliminate bacteria to a cotton round and wipe gently over skin to help mattify and calm.
