Micro Super Scrub 30ml
An invigorating dual-action physical and chemical exfoliant for normal, combination and oily skin designed to resurface both face and body to reveal a brighter, smoother complexion.
Apply exfoliant to freshly cleansed skin. Using soft, circular movements, massage over the face, neck, décolletage and/or body, avoiding the delicate eye area.
For deeper exfoliation, leave on the skin for one minute prior to removing with a warm, damp face cloth.
Our tubes and bottles all contain 30 – 35% Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) material. Beyond this, Alpha-H’s tubes, bottles and cardboard packaging are all 100% recyclable.
1. Upon unboxing, flatten the cardboard packaging to place in the recycling bin.
2. Once you finish the tube, separate the lid from the tube. Cut the tube open and rinse. Recycle everything.

I am only reviewing now for the first time, but I have been using this scrub for years and years. My sister left half a bottle with me donkeys ago and I was so impressed. It sounds lame but I never go without! It polishes the skin beautifully. I use it after a big night of heavy makeup when my pores feel clogged (and when I feel a bit clogged too!), before events when I want to look my best and on my partner’s back as he gets congestion there (which is funny, because the rest of his skin is annoyingly perfect). Every time I use it, my skin feels noticeably smoother. It's become a staple for me.

I really like the feeling of this scrub. It’s fine enough that it doesn’t feel too harsh on your skin but it has enough ‘grit’ that it feels like you’re giving your skin a really good clean. I keep it in the shower to use and would highly recommend.
