Introducing our limited-edition cleansing balm for all skin types that removes makeup in seconds, reimagined with a sensorial twist. Infused with skin-loving ingredients and uplifting natural fragrance notes of Geranium Leaf, Rose and Orange Oil, melt the day away while enjoying a moment of pure tranquillity you'll look forward to, night after night.
Where does it go in my routine? Before all other skincare, followed by a second cleanser, serums and moisturisers.
How often should I use it? Every night as your first cleanse, or as needed to remove makeup throughout the day.
How much do I need? A grape-sized amount.
Where should I apply it? Melting Moment Cleansing Balm can be used all over the face, neck and decolletage, and is safe to apply around the delicate eye area.
What else? This cleansing balm doubles as a nourishing face mask. Apply a layer to clean, dry skin and leave for 10 minutes before removing with a warm, damp cloth.
Use Melting Moment Cleansing Balm as the first step in your double cleansing routine or as your daily cleanser.
Apply to dry skin, gently massaging in circular motions. Rinse off using warm water or a damp cotton cloth. Repeat twice if required and follow with your usual serums or moisturiser.
Our tubes and bottles all contain 30 – 35% Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) material. Beyond this, Alpha-H’s tubes, bottles and cardboard packaging are all 100% recyclable.
1. Upon unboxing, flatten the cardboard packaging to place in the recycling bin
2. Once finished, rinse the jar, recycle the jar and lid.

This product may be used alone or as part of a double cleanse regime followed by a targeted cleanser such as Triple Action Cleanser for oily skin or Balancing Cleanser for normal to dry skin.

This product contains a blend of natural oils that attract oil-soluble matter including excess sebum on the surface of the skin. It is then emulsified with water to create an effective microemulsion that gives the skin a thorough cleanse and is rinsed from the skin leaving no excess product or oily residue.

The original Melting Moment orange fragranced balm is my absolute holy grail so I was pretty sure that this one wouldn’t come close…WRONG!! The fragrance is amazing, just the right balance with nothing being overpowering. The same consistency obviously as the original. I looooovve it! Can’t decide which is my favourite so I think from now on I’ll just buy both and alternate 🥰
