All Alpha-H products are made in Australia and shipped to you from the United Kingdom, via a secure, tracked shipping method.
Orders placed on the Alpha-H UK website ship within the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number.
If you can’t find the email with your tracking number, please get in touch with our Customer Care team via live chat or the Contact Us form.

If your order has been marked as delivered but you cannot find it, we suggest checking with everyone in your home to ensure someone did not collect it for you, or if the postman has hidden it somewhere outside your home. We often find that this is simply the case.
We also advise double-checking your mailbox and other areas around your home to see whether your local courier had left a card for collection anywhere, or contacting your local post office with your tracking information and contact details to see whether they may be able to assist you further.
If you still cannot find your order, we suggest launching a customer enquiry with the courier of your region to see if they can assist further with locating your order.

Once orders have been dispatched from the Alpha-H warehouse, it is with the responsibility of the courier to deliver Alpha-H orders to our customers, and the customer to manage order tracking via the tracking link provided in the shipping notification email.
If you suspect your order is lost in transit or parcel theft, we ask that customers contact the courier for your order and file a claim for your package.
