What's the difference between a body serum & body cream?

Many creams with a thick, rich texture make dry skin feel hydrated. Like facial serums, our body serum has a high concentration of active ingredients to deliver results far beyond hydration.

Do I need a body serum... can't I just use my face serums on my body?

The skin on your body is fairly similar to the skin on your face, but there's a lot more of it.

If you used the amount of face serum required to cover your body skin, not only would you go through product quickly (which gets expensive!), but these textures would likely feel sticky or tacky on the skin.

How does Daily Dose Multivitamin Body Serum work?

What body skin concerns will Daily Dose target?

Daily Dose can help with dehydration, dryness, flaky and scaly skin, dullness, uneven tone and texture, signs of ageing and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (the dark spots left behind when you have body breakouts or ingrown hairs).

When & how often should I use Daily Dose?

Daily Dose can be used both morning and night depending on your lifestyle. We recommend applying Daily Dose every morning like you would your facial serums to brighten, boost hydration and protect body skin against environmental damage.

Once per day is enough to see results from Daily Dose’s active ingredients, but it is safe to use more regularly should you feel your skin needs more hydration support.

Where on my body should I apply Daily Dose?

Daily Dose is suitable for use all over the body, including the neck, décolletage, arms, torso, lower body and legs.

We recommend paying particular attention to areas where you’re experiencing dryness, dullness, and uneven tone and texture.

How much product should I use & how long will one tube last me?

A little goes a long way! Daily Dose’s serum formulation is highly concentrated and has more slip than a traditional body moisturiser.

Use less than you think you’ll need; a coin-sized amount per body part is a good place to start. Feel like you've got something on your skin? You've probably used too much.

A 150ml tube will last you anywhere between 4-8 weeks, depending on how often you use it.

Will Daily Dose pill or stain my clothes?

We've tested it and can 100% confirm Daily Dose's fast-absorbing serum texture dries down instantly so you can get dressed in less than 60 seconds! If you experience pilling, try using less product.

Forget overpowering, greasy body creams; this formulation has no sticky residue and has been intentionally formulated not to interfere with your signature scent.

Do I need to put SPF on top of Daily Dose?

Absolutely! Same as with facial skincare, there's no point using high-performance body care if you don't protect your results by applying SPF to any exposed body parts daily.

Should I apply moisturiser on top of Daily Dose?

While you can if you like, there’s no need to layer Daily Dose with other body creams as the formula contains powerful skin hydrators Hyaluronic Acid and Polyglutamic Acid.

How is Daily Dose different to Retinol Reboot Exfoliating Body Treatment?

Our other high-performance body care product Retinol Reboot Exfoliating Body Treatment is a PM-only treatment.

Retinol Reboot contains high levels of exfoliating and rejuvenating active ingredients to firm, smooth and reduce redness on body skin, particularly the neck, décolletage and for Keratosis Pilaris, and should only be used up to 3 nights per week due to its powerful formula.

Daily Dose is an everyday body serum best applied in the morning that contains antioxidant and intensely hydrating active ingredients to brighten, tone, hydrate and protect body skin all over.

Daily Dose and Retinol Reboot work well on their own, but you’ll achieve even greater results by using both in a holistic body care routine.

How do I use Daily Dose & Retinol Reboot together in my routine?

Think of Daily Dose as your everyday morning body care step, while Retinol Reboot is for nighttime use no more than 3 nights per week.

Daily Dose is the perfect morning vitamin partner to Retinol Reboot, but you can also apply Daily Dose on the nights you aren’t using Retinol Reboot to boost hydration for even greater results.

Is Daily Dose safe for all skin types & if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

Yes, Daily Dose is pregnancy and breastfeeding safe, and suitable for all skin types. If you have sensitive body skin or a skin condition like eczema or dermatitis, we recommend patch testing when using for the first time.

Can I apply this product if I use self tan?

Daily Dose is perfect for boosting skin hydration before applying self tan. You can also use it to help your artificial tan last longer on the skin – it won’t strip or fade fake tanning products as it doesn’t contain any exfoliating ingredients.
