How to Use
How often: As per individual product

Liquid Gold Midnight Reboot Serum

If you’re a new or irregular user of acids and actives; start slow, using only 1-2 times per week. For experienced acid users, use every second evening.

In the evening apply 4-5 drops onto cleansed skin and massage over face, neck and décolletage in upward and outward strokes. Can be followed with your preferred Alpha-H moisturiser.


Glow Inner Beauty Essential Powder

Mix 1 tsp (5g) in 200mL of water, a smoothie, yoghurt or your favourite drink and consume immediately. For optimal results, GLOW gut health supplement should be consumed daily in chilled or room temperature beverages and can be taken with any other Beauty Chef product.

Storage: Refrigerate after opening and use within 90 days. Always use a dry spoon.

This elixir is not a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed in conjunction with a nutritious diet and appropriate physical activity.

Lovely set

I really enjoyed using this set. The liquid gold midnight reboot serum is now my go to exfoliant which I use twice a week. Even though it's 14% glycolic acid along with the granactive retinoid it's unbelievably gentle on my skin and I have rosacea. No irritation or making my redness worse just smooth, clear and calmed skin. I have had bad experiences with glycolic acid in the past but this one is just perfect for me. The nutrition powder in this set has a lovely flavour and I've really enjoyed consuming it. Lovely organic ingredients list and I feel it's really helping with my gut health. I can feel my nails getting a little stronger so I have just ordered another set. Absolute bargain for £25.

Glow kit combo

Love this! Both products are great. The taste of the Inner beauty is a pleasant berry flavour. Easy to mix with water in the mornings and digest. Love all the Alpha H products, the serum is smooth, glides in easy and goes a long way
