Apply Essential Hydration Cream by massaging into the face, neck and décolletage in upward and outward circular movements.
Apply Daily Essential Moisturiser SPF 50+ evenly to face, neck and décolletage each morning, 20 minutes prior to sun exposure. Reapply every two hours if in direct sunlight and after swimming, exercise or excessive perspiration.

I have been using Alpha H moisturiser (the one with rose geranium - gorgeous) for several years and it is beautiful. I have sensitive skin which reacts to various products, but I've had no trouble with this at all. It's the first time for me to buy the one with added SPF, but this is brilliant as I've also become sensitive to the sun, and generally try to avoid it. Lovely products.
